What Inclusive Wellness is

A small wellness practice in small town Ramona, California.

Inclusive Wellness is built around two things: hands-on bodywork and stretch, done well, in small groups, by someone who knows your name.

Nicole Klinicke is a licensed massage therapist with over 25 years of practice. The work is honest: a few classes, a few modalities, real attention. No noise.

Stretch with Nicole

Intimate classes. Steady progress. No pretense.

Group sessions are designed to meet you where your body actually is: beginner-friendly, gentle on the joints, and built to help no matter how you're feeling that day.

Massage Therapies

Therapy session

90-minute$120

Deep tissue or recovery work. Time to address the layers.

What kind of bodywork?

Seven modalities. One steady set of hands.

Tui Na Massage

The oldest form of bodywork still in use today, pronounced "twee na."

Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage works with musculoskeletal conditions, dis-ease of the internal organs, and the body's deeper rhythms: heart rate, cerebrospinal fluid, breath.

Chi Nei Tsang

Hands-on work with the organs, through the abdominal muscles that hold them.

Chi Nei Tsang relaxes the abdominal muscles that protect our organs. Anxiety tightens the belly and shortens the breath; posture habits create kinks in and around the organs. The work releases that tension so the body can function as it's meant to.

Craniosacral Therapy

Hands-on joint work from cranium to sacrum, easing the body into rest.

Craniosacral therapy works the joints starting where the cranium meets the spine, down to the sacrum, then out to the joints of the limbs. The work releases the small compromises that build up along that line, letting surrounding muscles, nerves, and organs settle. The whole system gets to drop out of high gear.

Preventative Care

Build the foundation that lets you keep doing what you love.

Posture and proper foot alignment matter more than almost anything else in preventing injury. When clients put their best effort forward without the right foundation, they injure themselves instead of making progress. Catching it before that happens is the work.

Injury Rehabilitation

Prevent and lessen injuries so you can keep doing what you love.

Most injuries happen during simple repetitive movements; awareness and the right techniques can stop them before they start. The work breaks up lactic acid in the muscles and stretches tendons, which don't have the elasticity muscles do, so patience matters. Years of training across dance, gymnastics, weight, and martial arts plus a kinesiology degree behind the approach.

Prenatal Massage

Bodywork that holds both mom and baby as pregnancy unfolds.

Massage helps the body make room for the baby, and the technique changes month by month to keep both safe. Breathing-technique work fits in too, useful long before birth itself. The quiet magic: the baby feels what mom feels, and learns early what being cared for is.

Massage for Children

Bodywork tuned to how children's bodies actually heal.

Pediatric Tui Na uses gentle pressure and movement to support kids through the everyday: digestion, sleep, the small patterns that build up early. The work also helps children notice tension and respond to what their body is telling them, an awareness that carries into adulthood. Clothed therapy, so it's a comfortable fit for younger clients.

What's a 60-minute session like?
60-minute therapy starts with a quick check-in about what's tight or stiff, then full bodywork on the table. Most clients close their eyes and don't say much. You leave loose. 🌿
