About the day

Eight wellness practitioners from Ramona and beyond, one full day of community movement, breath, and restoration. People stretched deeply, meditated, joined one class or all of them; every body was welcome.

East Hall was open for networking and light snacks throughout the day. Fifteen-minute chair massages were offered for a $10 donation when our massage practitioners were available.

Every dollar raised went to Ramona Town Hall, supporting the ongoing community work that keeps this gathering space alive and beautiful for the next generation of the Ramona community.

A few moments

A few moments from the day. Forty-five people, eight sessions, a Town Hall full of community. Our gratitude to the organizers and support volunteers who kept the day moving, and to every practitioner and instructor who brought their craft and presence to a session. Thank you, Ramona, for showing up.
