About the day
Eight wellness practitioners from Ramona and beyond, one full day of community movement, breath, and restoration. Whether you stretch deeply, meditate, join one class or all of them; every body is welcome here.
East Hall is open for networking and light snacks throughout the day. 15-minute chair massages are offered for a $10 donation when our massage practitioners are available.
Every dollar raised goes toward the Ramona Town Hall renovation fund, keeping this gathering space alive and beautiful for the next generation of the Ramona community.
